Privacy Policy
When you use this website or submit the calculator form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, agency name (if provided), the inputs you enter into the calculator, and standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) that any website receives automatically.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry and to send you the lead-loss breakdown you requested. We don't use it for anything else.
Your data is stored with Supabase, in the EU/Asia region. We don't sell or share your data with any third party for their own use. It passes through a small number of processors who act on our behalf: Supabase for storage, Resend for sending email, and Cloudflare for hosting the site. None of these processors use your data for their own purposes.
We keep your data for as long as it's useful for the purpose you gave it to us, generally for the life of a potential engagement, or until you ask us to delete it.
You can request access to your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing [email protected].
UAE PDPL
Cloud System Services processes personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).
Under the PDPL, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, request its erasure, restrict how it's processed, object to processing, and request that it be transferred to you or another provider (data portability).
The lawful basis for processing your data is consent, given when you submit a form on this site. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing [email protected].
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of any kind.
The calculator page uses your browser's sessionStorage, not a cookie, for one purpose only: to avoid logging the same anonymous calculator session twice. It clears when you close the tab and is never used to identify or track you across sites.
Terms of Use
The calculator on this site produces directional estimates based on the numbers you enter and general industry estimates. It is not financial, legal, or professional advice, and we accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of its output.
The methodology, frameworks, and output formats used by Cloud System Services are our intellectual property.
